Model 4.5LSMC Microprocessor Controlled Toroidal Winding Machine with RS-232 for Downloading from PC Universal's Model 4.5LSMC is a unique advancement in bench type machine used for general winding applications. It offers Universal's traditional high quality performance and rugged dependability with the added convenience of microprocessor controls and a stepper brushless motor core drive. The 4.5LSMC is an extremely versatile machine. Its adapts to an unlimited number of winding heads and roller tables for 360 degree CW or CCW rotation. The winding head mounting pedestal is a patented quick acting lock mechanism that permits installation or removal of winding heads in moments. The new version will include stepper motor core rotation control with teach-in functions. Just dial in the correct core rotational speed and store it into the programmer for ease to make the programming the operation of the SMC-1 the most simplified. It has a 99 program storage capacity with multi sub-levels per program.
