Universal's Model 4.5LS is a unique advancement in bench type machine used for general winding applications.
It offers Universal's traditional high quality performance and rugged dependability with the added convenience
of microprocessor controls and a servo motor core drive. The 4.5LS is an extremely versatile machine. Its adapts
to an unlimited number of winding heads, taping heads and roller tables for 360 degree CW or CCW rotation. The winding
head mounting pedestal is a patented quick acting lock mechanism that permits installation or removal of winding
heads in moments.
